My Dearest Taylor

By Crystal

My Dearest Taylor,
Why are you not answering me? I'm beginning to get angry, Taylor. I've been writing you for over 3 years now and you haven't written me back once. You better have a good excuse for your sake. Do you even know how much I love you? Since the first time I saw you on TV, I've loved you. Your beautiful blue eyes, your luscious lips, your cheekbones, and your soft hair. Everything. There isn't one thing about you that I don't love, and I don't see how you can't understand that. Wait! What am I talking about? Of course you do! Because I know that the second you lay eyes on me that you're going to fall in love with me, too. I'll tour with you all over the world and we'll get married and live in a huge mansion and have lots of kids. But Taylor, that can't happen if you continue to ignore me like this! You can't get away from me! I won't let you! And I'm warning you right now. If you don't write or call me back soon, there is going to be serious hell to pay! Don't piss me off Taylor. That's the last thing you EVER want to do!

                                                                                                             Love you always,
                                                                                                             Lori

"Taylor, Taylor, Taylor. I told you that you couldn't get away from me. What made you think that you could?"

She turned and looked at the tightly bound and gagged boy on the floor. She grinned when she noticed that he was still struggling against his bonds. She shook her head. How foolish could he be? Did he actually think that he could get away?

"Silly boy Taylor. You're not going to get lose. I've been waiting for this for too long. I've made sure that there is absolutely no way that you can get free. But you're welcome to keep trying. But I believe that all you're going to succeed in doing is exhausting yourself."

The boy groaned inwardly to himself as he realized that she was right. The way she tied him, there was no way that he could get free. She had his arms tied behind him in a triangle with each wrist tied to the opposite elbow. His legs were tightly bound together at the thighs, knees, calves, and ankles. His legs were then pulled behind him and his ankles were bound to his forearms, leaving him in a painful hog-tie. Then there was the gag. She wrapped a large rubber ball in a long piece of thick cloth and stuffed it into his mouth. She then wrapped the long ends of the cloth tightly around his head and over his mouth prevented him from making a single sound. She'd done everything but blindfold him. She told him that she'd seen happiness in his eyes so many times that she wanted to see what they looked like filled with pain and terror.

His thoughts drifted to his family and he felt tears sting his eyes. If only he had stayed at the hotel that night. He wished desperately that he didn't ask to go for a walk by himself, or that his parents had said no. Then he wouldn't be tied up in this cold and filthy basement with some psycho obsessed fan.

`God, how stupid could I be? What sane person goes out by himself at night when he's been getting threatening letter from the same nut for over six months?'

He watched, as she seemed to be having an argument with herself, though, he wasn't able to hear what she was saying. She was definitely crazy. One minute she would seem like a normal person. The next, she would start screaming and crying, or go off and start talking to herself. It was her unpredictable nature that terrified him the most.

As he nervously watched her, a sudden thought came to mind.

`Hey! Maybe this isn't real. Maybe I fell asleep on the bus and this is all some twisted nightmare.'

But as the coldness of the basement continued to seep into his bones and the tight ropes pinched and chafed his skin, he soon realized that his nightmare was for real. With this realization, a new onslaught of tears came forth and poured down his already tearstained cheeks.

As she was debating with herself what horrible punishment she would inflict on him, she heard a muffled sound behind her and turned to see tears running, endlessly, down his face. All anger and hatred on her face immediately melted to compassion as she knelt down next to him and gently wiped his tears away with her thumb. As she spoke, her voice was soft and gentle and filled with love. It was then that he realized how truly insane she was, for no normal human being could change personalities so quickly.

"Don't cry sweetheart. I know it's painful. I hate to hurt you, but you need to learn that you can't just ignore me. But don't worry. It will all be over soon."

Wondering what it was that she meant he observed as she walked over to a table on the other side of the room. Painful realization swept over him when he saw her pick up the butcher knife from the table. He immediately began to struggle violently against his bonds. Wishing and praying to God for a miracle.

She slowly stepped towards him, tapping the flat end of the knife lightly against her hand. Her face now held an evil, murderous expression, and her voice turned low and cold. It was then that Taylor knew that he wasn't getting out of there alive.

"Now Taylor. I am sick and tired of these games you've been playing and since I can't seem to make you understand, I'm going to have to put an end to it all."

She knelt beside him and raised the knife, high, above his chest. She noticed his trembling body and gently caressed the side of his face with one hand while holding the knife with the other.

"Just close your eyes, baby. It will be less painful that way."

He did as she asked. Her evil expression and the sharp blade of the knife the last thing he ever saw.

The End
How can you resist?
